Many of us remember the trusty old Kodak camera with the big light bar that could be seen for miles when it shined. We have fond memories of family events, setting up the projector & screen. Not much of a chance you still have a working projector though, or that your dehydrated film could still pass through one. DTV uses a aerial image transfer where no projector or screen is involved. The device moves the film across a CCD which sends a video signal directly into a computer for digital capture & processing.
In 1966, Bob lived in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, a rural town nestled inside quaint Whitemarsh Township, about 15 miles from Philadelphia. This 8mm footage was shot by Bob’s father Bill, who by the end of his film career had amassed a collection of 3 hours of film spanning 20 years.
